          Each card has been graded by PSA. Presented is a 30-piece complete set of Shohei Ohtani rookie cards from the base checklist of the 2018 Topps Transcendent Japan baseball issue. Transcendent Collection is one of Topps' most prestigious, exclusive brands, and the iconic '18 Japan Edition production was limited to just 50 boxes. With Shohei Ohtani's MLB debut in 2018, Topps decided to celebrate Japanese baseball excellence with this issue. The entire production was focused around just two players: Hall of Famer Ichiro Suzuki and modern phenom Ohtani, with the set's base checklist split between the two athletes. This offering includes all 30 Ohtani entries from the base checklist, each displaying an in-action image of the three-time MVP above an insert portrait depiction. Each card is numbered out of only 50 copies. The entire array boasts premium display quality, with nine entries graded PSA GEM MT 10, 19 copies graded PSA MINT 9, and no copy assessed lower than the PSA NM-MT 8 tier. Generally MT or finer condition throughout (two lesser).
