Encased and sealed by Topps. Los Angeles Dodgers teammates Shohei Ohtani and Yoshinobu Yamamoto have placed their blue ink on-card signatures on this low-mintage Topps Five Star Dual Autographs collectible. As Ohtani continues to shatter records and amaze audiences, it can be difficult to truly encapsulate the Japanese slugger's greatness. Do you start with his four MVPs, or his pair of World Series titles? Do you instead choose his unprecedented 50/50 season, or his Ruthian ability to pitch and hit at an elite level? Perhaps the most defining moment of Ohtani's excellence occurred on Oct. 17, 2025. On that night, Ohtani took the mound in a close-out NLCS Game 4 against the Milwaukee Brewers; he pitched six innings, striking out 10 and allowing no runs. On the other side of the ball, he slugged three tape-measure home runs and worked a walk in four plate appearances to spur the Dodgers into their second straight World Series, where the franchise captured another title after a seven-game classic with the Blue Jays. It was perhaps the greatest single-game performance in MLB history and a truly awe-inspiring representation of Ohtani's talent.

After a brilliant regular season that saw him post a 2.49 ERA with 201 strikeouts, Yamamoto was the premier star of the 2025 postseason. In Game 2 of the NLCS against Milwaukee, the Japanese hurler tossed a complete game, the first postseason complete game since Justin Verlander in 2017; one game later, in Game 2 of the World Series, he repeated the feat, becoming the first player to post complete games in back-to-back starts since 2001. He won another World Series matchup in Game 6 and came in relief one day later to secure the win in Game 7, becoming just the fourth pitcher ever to secure Game 6 and Game 7 wins in the same World Series. For his masterful performances, Yamamoto was named World Series MVP. A statement on the card affirms the manufacturer's guarantee of authenticity for the piece's content and serves as the item's COA.
